Applications & Awards
The Trustees hold four regular meetings each year to consider applications, in February, May (also the Trust AGM), August and September. Exact dates for the meetings will be published locally.
To provide time for any follow-up clarifications and hence avoid delay, please submit applications at least one week prior to the next meeting date.
Special Meetings can be arranged to consider applications for which an early decision is needed. If you need such a meeting, please contact the Trust Secretary as soon as possible.
Applications for awards must be made using the Trust Application Form. The form includes full details on how to complete and submit the application. Please take care to read the Guidance Notes carefully and answer all questions as fully as possible.
